Would you accept a pay decrease to save your job?

If I had to. A paycheck beats no paycheck. If the pay cut was large, I'd probably look for another job, but keep the one I had until I found one.

Never had a job that was worth it. Self-employed now and willing to do a lot if need be to pursue doing what I love.

I t would depend how long I worked there, and if the stress is going to be worth it.
