In the US, the Presby church doesn't frequently take a public position on political topics, unless those topics directly affect the tenets of the church, ie: gay marriage and abortion. Since the war neither promotes not hinders the work of the church, they are not likely to take any position. If you look on the websites for the church, most of them simply ask for prayer for the troops and their families.
Keep in mind that it is illegal for the Presbyterian church to support a political candidate or party, or participate in mudslinging against someone they disagree with. With the war being so polarized politically, it could be difficult to take a position with out appearing to support Bush/Republicans.

As a Presbyterian, I have not heard any thing one way or another on the subject in church other than praying for the troops.

There is more than one Presbyterian Church in the world.
Kirk of Scotland?Korean presbyterian? Presbyterian Church USA? Presbyterian Church of America? Orthodox prsbyterian?
Liberal Presbyterians tend to be opposed and Conservative ones tend to be in favor or ambivalent
