i'm starting to go to the gym again and i want to stay in shape and lose my tummy fat. i was never really an active person but right now i'm trying to do something about it.

if i walk/jog for 30 minutes at a time for maybe 3-4 days a week, will i start to see results in maybe a few weeks or so?

what other things can i do to help tone up esp in the tummy area? crunches?

Yes, it will help a lot. Go for it. Walking for 30 minutes a day will make a big difference in how you feel and look. Eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, and walk, walk, walk. It worked for me, and I'm sure it will for you too! You'll feel better by the end of the first week, and by the end of the second you will start to see a difference in the way your clothes fit. Try measuring your waist and hips at the beginning, and then once a week after you start. You'll be very pleased!

I would say that going to the gym will be a good start at getting in shape. Walking and Jogging are good exercises. You can do exercises which target your abdominal muscles which will help. You also need to eat healthy.

Good Luck!!!
