Perhaps in the future you will not count the 24 out of the race until the checkers wave and Gordon is not in the lead?
Just think, if it was not for the Chase, this year would have made 6 Championships for Gordon.

Can never count the guy out...got the caution he needed, moved up to the lead pack, and pulled off a great win. Anything can happen at Talladega. Go 24! Drive for 5 is in high gear, baby!

One thing about Talledega is you can get back to the front real quickly. The Chase races have all been tough on the Chase guys. I like the Chase though, it gets boring when someone runs away with the pts. way before the season ends.

He doesn't have a good car or either he's holding back to the end. He said they didn't have a good car. To be honest it may be good for him that he is in the back. Finish the race and stay in the chase.
I will never like the chase. Never.

He's 10th now, and heading to the front. They have been laying back all day avoiding the wreck.
