i would say a loaded model would be in the mid to high 20s (25-28K) depending on mileage and condition and a base model would be around 17-21K depending on mileage and condition.

Same answer as to your question about the G6. You have good taste in cars.

I prefer the Eos because it has more trunk room when the roof is down and the sunroof is a nice feature when the roof is up. The sunroof is very wide and my head fits nicely in the space under the glass. I only worry about how that complicated roof will stand up after a while.
