Wilfred is probably close, but he doesn't include landing fees. So it depends on your exact routing. Landing fees for the start and end of your trip could easily cost another couple of hundred pounds more.
In any case - 5 hours is a long trip for a helicopter - it would probably need to refuel part way - more landing fees. One thing is certain - National Express would be cheaper.
