Fatigue/Tired feeling all the time is often a sign of anemia, particularly iron-deficient type. The headaches and lightheadedness can be from hypoglycemia (are you skipping a lot of meals?)

It's possible that these are all connected, but then again you may two different things going on at the same time.

If you went to the doctor and described these symptoms my guess is he would NOT make a diagnosis. He can't without running blood tests to rule out anemia and other disorders.

(I know when I was about your age and dieting, I got the same symptoms)

Let the doctor run the tests and lead you in the direction to a correct diagnosis and treatment. Hopefully it is something that can easily be treated.

Good Luck

You could have a hormone imbalance and may be in need of vitamins or a better diet. Are you eating healthy? Lots of salads, fruits and take an omega 3 supplement (Fish oil). You could also be anemic so make sure you're getting enough iron. Things like dried apricots, red meat and pumpkin is good for iron deficiency and lastly make sure you're getting enough sleep and drinking 2 litres of water a day.

It means it is time you go to a pediatric physcian and let him/her know, they will be able the have blood test done to evaluated your symptoms.
There is no reason why you should try to figure this out on your own.
Please make an appointment.
