when i 1st saw this question i thought maybe you were a member of the x-men and drained people life from them but in all seriousness it looks like you are similar in many ways to alot more people than you think... the difference is you are thinking about it which makes you more conscienscious than most people. .. lets face it most people are out for number one most of the time i would say by ythe way you say things that with you there is an element of guilt when you hurt someone.. this makes you a better person believe me and as time goes on you will establish friends that you can keep and all those that walk away from you in the mean time are not real friends. And as for your deep dark hole just try to be more positive about the person you are because you have your good points and you can work on your bad just don't give up.

We all make mistakes sometimes and we all hurt the people close to us sometimes (and get hurt by them) but thats no reason to give up hope. Friendship is a very valualbe thing and one must get up off the floor and try again, and again...
Here's a Leonard Cohen song that might help:
Like a bird on the wire,
Like a drunk in a midnight choir
I have tried in my way to be free.
Like a worm on a hook,
Like a knight from some old fashioned book
I have saved all my ribbons for thee.
If i, if I have been unkind,
I hope that you can just let it go by.
If i, if I have been untrue
I hope you know it was never to you.
Like a baby, stillborn,
Like a beast with his horn
I have torn everyone who reached out for me.
But I swear by this song
And by all that I have done wrong
I will make it all up to thee.
I saw a beggar leaning on his wooden crutch,
He said to me, you must not ask for so much.
And a pretty woman leaning in her darkened door,
She cried to me, hey, why not ask for more?
Oh like a bird on the wire,
Like a drunk in a midnight choir
I have tried in my way to be free.

You choose you are. The question is, how did you hurt all of your friends? Why do you continue?
Everybody makes mistakes and you won't keep all the friends you make. Friends come and go.
Maybe nobody can understand you, because you're not giving us the whole picture. Open up, and then you'll get deeper and better advice.

Don't allow your negative thoughts take control over you, take a look at the things that cause you to feel low, study it and figure out what's best to do and change in order to improve. Watch once you realize what your doing that results in bad feelings and after you actually fix that, you'll be much comfortable I'm sure and those that surround you will also be more appreciative and admiring depending on your change. Don't worry too much, Good Luck* = )

Take your time, and fix what you do wrong, examine and critisize yourself and these incidents, learn from your past.Think first before you talk and do....
It is like being an alcoholic, the beginning of the healing is when such a person admits to themself they have a problem.
You admit you have a problem, so take your time and watch yourself, if you are serious about changing.
Care about people, start by smiling friendly at anybody anytime .

you must have issues related to love. Maybe your subconscious believes you are unlovable...so you push people away, or maybe it believes it is unsafe to be loved by others so it pushes people away.
If you feel like you are a waste of space then...i would work on the self-doubt , self-love thing.
Do you understand you?
Just like finding love, you must have a healthy relationship withself before you will every have a healthy relationship with another.
