I've been with him for almost three years and married for almost a year. I mean he was good for 2 years till old friends started to pop up and stuff went bad again. I'm not the type of person to just quit and give up. I was thinking one more chance. and tell him that i can live without you and that i got to think of the baby most of all and nothing else. He (baby) is more important than anything else. because he (the baby) is my world and doesn't need someone like a druggie around to screw him up no offense...

File for divorce. Now. Really. You don't want a convicted druggie near your child. Really. This is coming from a man. Really. Do it now. Go.

Why are you still at your computer?

It relies upon on the State and Municipality...considering the fact that DUI is a misdemeanor, (in my city and state), once you violate probation inclusive of not paying the high-quality or not attending the MASEP college, the decide can sentence you as much as the maximun volume of time that the misdemeanor can charge incorporates. In my city and state, a misdemeanor incorporates as much as 364 days in detention center. I doubt the decide will try this because of the fact maximum municipalities are all with regard to the money. they'll probable high-quality him or at maximum make him serve 10 to fifteen days in detention center. If the crime is a criminal, violating probation will enable the decide to make you serve the time you have been sentenced, yet suspended for the probation...occasion. sentenced to 2 years, yet 2 years suspended and positioned on probation. you will ought to serve something of the two years which you have left.

Did he get early release from prison or just put on probation due to charges against him? Either way, he will probably be in until the original sentence has expired. They allow probation so you don't have to be in jail. Obviously, your husband would rather spend his time behind bars than with you since he committed a violation he was sure to get caught for.
