select the cell with the zip code, (if it's a column, select the whole column)

right click, select "Format Cells"

On the first tab "Number", select the category as "Custom"

On the "Type" text box, type "00000". (The length that you desire - ZIP Code - 5 characters so 00000)

Press "enter".

You can enter the number preceded by an apostrophe, like '01234. This will take the input as a text input.
