If you are under 18, you can't get tattoos or piercings (in most places in the US, anyway) w/out a parent's consent.
If she won't let you do it, that's her choice, not yours. You're not "growne" (be advised that it's actually spelled "grown" in Modern English) and you can't make this choice for yourself, at least not in the eyes of the law.
Plus, most nose piercings look really stupid and if you're going to look like a fool, you should wait until you're 18 and can make that choice for yourself.
Get your ears pierced, anything else...eh, hold off on it. I mean, if she'll let you get your ears pierced. That would be reasonable.

You are not even CLOSE to being grown. Yon need to respect your Mom for another 6 yrs at least....or as long as you are a border in her house. She sounds very smart!
You'll have plenty of time to pierce any thing that you choose later.

My guess would be because you failed your spelling tests for the past 6 years?
You are nowhere near mature enough for a body piercing, nor is your body developed enough. There's a reason piercings should be done at 18+.

Because she wants you to go to school and learn how to spell and construct grammatically correct sentences so you aren't working at the local McDonalds when you're 25.
Also nose rings can cause sinus infections that can lead to brain damage.

your not grown... your not even a teenager and she's doing this b/c your probably going to regret it latter, it also is a sign of being a bad parent to let your kids do that, and accept for your ears you shouldn't get anything priced when you still need mommy's signature
