The answer is A
Any Christian who is serious about being a Christian is doing all they can to be a better person and to emulate Christ so they can go to heaven but they will also do things in a humble way, not in a way to boast about what they have done or to show off for others ~ those actions could well keep someone out of heaven.
And for those who don't think we should judge. The Bible says there is "righteous judgement" which is how we determine what is right or wrong according to the Bible. If a person isn't following God's word, the Bible says they will go to hell ~ I might repeat that but it doesn't mean I am judging persay, I am quoting fact..... in the end, God will judge according to His word but while on earth, we do need to use His word to guide us and make judgments in order to do all we can to save our own souls and help guide others so they will want to share eternity with Jesus, too.
Let me clarify by saying I never tell anyone they are going to hell, as that would not be a loving way to handle a situation like that. I study scripture with them and show them what God's word says and let them draw their own conclusions.
For Answer B ~ an atheist has denied God so there is no salvation for one who has turned their back on God. Doing good for the sake of mankind is a gracious thing but won't get one in heaven if they have denied God.
On C ~ if a person has sinned and continues to sin, they are not repenting of those sins so there is no salvation. A person has to take the 6 steps listed by kellygir and truly change their ways if they want to find salvation. Following those steps and then going out and murdering, raping, stealing, lying, etc only means one has fallen from grace and until they repent AND truly change, they will be condemned to hell.
To Answer D ~ doing good alone does not a Christian make. Believing does not a Christian make either because there is much more to salvation than just believing in God. Once again, the steps listed by kellygir are important to one's salvation if a person wants to be a Christian and being faithful until death (Rev 2:10) is a prerequisite to being saved.
I'm not "pushing" my belief ~ you asked, I answered :) :) I did not listen to your song as I have no interest in it.
May God bless and guide you

The guy with the best body.
Obviously I'd say B, but the irony is that on the theory of heaven, the atheist is automatically excluded; while on the theory of atheism, there's no heaven to go to. But what do I know - I'm just a moral human being, not a religious zealot. A, C and D are all examples of selfishness and irrationality; B is the only one whose position even makes sense.
All of this "We're all unworthy sinners, we're only saved by grace through Jesus," etc etc, is just disgusting. And you wonder why some people describe religion as a psychological disorder? It seems like the "personal relationship with Jesus" is an abusive one.

Nobody and nobody deserves heaven at all not even our
President Bush
But God loved the world so much we have the love of Jesus
in our hearts and most of us do deserve heaven if we believe
it was Jesus who took away our sins and pardons us for
past mistakes and failures

Another way to ask the question might be: Does God love somone who is concerned about his own reward, or someone who is only concerned about the glory of God?
Or if no god, then someone who does good for the sake of others and not necesssily himself.
Church folks are primarily concerned about their own reward. Goodness and mercy, per se, are not the priority.
I have observed them all my life, and I like to think I know what I'm talking about.

Definitely B. A is doing it for their own gain, C does deserve to go to heaven although he has been sinning all his life so not as much as B, and D is doing it for their own gain.

Nobody "deserves" to go to Heaven. You cannot do anything to work your way there. Therefore no one deserves it more than another. Those who think that they "deserve" it are taking the glory away from Christ and giving it to themselves.

As Atheists don't believe in heaven, and all others are directed at the Christian faith: none of the above.
