Ok so heres the situation.Today i went to my little cousins birthday party.My sixteen year old cousin and her dad was makin fun of me.So i made her flinch by pretending to throw a pillow at her.Then she tells her dad that i was annoying her.So then my uncle(my cousins dad) came up to me and said"if u make my daughter flinch again, ill punch you out and u wont know if im kidding or not. Now my uncle likes to think that hes incharge of everything and that he can say what ever he wants to me when its my dads job to tell me what to do.So this isnt the first time that he has givin me a stret before.Also,sometimes when im not doing anything,he just walks by and piches me for know reason.So what do you think i should do.I dont want to do nothing because im sick of him and his daughter pissin me off.what do you think i should do?by the way im 12 and my uncle is 48

I would just stay completely away from him. Why should you want to be around a bully jerk anyway. Tell him next time he touches you that you are calling the police and filing an abuse charge. He is 48 and you are 12. You are right you do not have to stand for this.

First, what your uncle is doing is called abuse. It sounds like he's somewhat of a bully. If, for whatever reason, you can't talk to your parents about this, you need to know that you don't deserve it and that it's NOT your fault. He is who he is. You could, when you're not feeling angry or so hurt at the moment, let them know how this bothers you. And let them know that you won't continue to subject yourself to it. But remember, if you do this, you'll have to stick to your guns or they won't take you seriously. You also have to be prepared to treat them the way you want to be treated. Don't sweat it sweet thing. There are lots of great people out there who won't treat you that way. Good luck!

Say to your uncle "if you lay a hand on me i will call child protection services then big bubba in jail can punch you out, and believe me you will know if his kidding or not!" Happily watch him walk away.

I'd tell my parents that he has been pinching you. Then I'd stay away from them as much as possible.
