unquestionably no longer. a tale some guy named Yeshu may well be got here upon contained in the Talmud. there is debate whether this Yeshu contained in the Talmud is the comparable Jesus who later grew to become a Christian divinity. Like different non secular, nationalistic Jews earlier and after him, Jesus angered the Roman government. The Romans seen the recommendations preached by means of Jesus to be risky. as a effect, the Romans arrested Jesus in the time of his Passover trip to Jerusalem. Then the Romans, upon the order of the Roman procurator, comprehensive Jesus. Jesus grew to become into no longer a prophet. Prophecy can basically exist in Israel whilst the land is inhabited by means of a majority of international Jewry. for the duration of the time of Ezra (circa 3 hundred BCE), whilst maximum people of Jews refused to pass from Babylon to Israel, prophecy ended upon the dying of the final prophets -- Haggai, Zechariah and Malachi. Jesus known on the scene approximately 350 years after prophecy had ended. So, why might Jews think of that jesus got here to start a sparkling faith?

I'm not a Christian but I'll swear to my dying days that that was what happened to me. I never really understood it that way though. Thank you for letting me see this powerful and insightful video. I suppose of all the religions Christianity is the only one where God, through Jesus Christ is directly offering help to us rather than saying help yourself. I was in a situation where I could not help myself, an undiagnosed physical illness, and yes something, not a human being, but something helped me to keep going long enough to get diagnosed.

It's not proof at all; it's a video some Christians made. All the other religions viewed as false in the video could make a similar one showing how their religion is the only true one.

Excellent video. Very well done, even though I disagree with its message.
The parable fails to mention that the saviour is also the one who built the hole to begin with. It neglects to mention that the father of the saviour is the one who placed this hole in the path of the man, knowing that he would fall in it.
If you add those elements, the story becomes as strange and nonsensical as it actually is.
The sentimental part feels nice, but just be careful you don't think too hard about it. You'll see what a farse the whole thing is.

Nicely done video, but it doesn't PROFF anything.
If a Muslim filmmaker did it, he'd show the Imam doing the same damn thing.
Do you think James Cameron's movie is proof of how the TItanic went down? Or Martin Scorsese's Last Temptation of Christ proves that Judas had red hair?

This is ridiculous. Nobody of ANY religion would just pass by a man stuck in a hole without going to get help, throwing down a ladder, doing whatever was needed to get the man out.
If you're talking spiritually, the idea that mankind is in a hole is a totally invented concept by the Christian Church, with its "Original Sin" and other nonsense.
You may be surprised to learn that Judaism does not now, and never has had the concept of Original Sin. This is a twisted Church misinterpretation of the story in Genesis.
The church teaches that all people are born filty as rags, worthless, and that there isn't anything they can do about it themselves - their very souls, the holiest part of themselves, are filthy and worthless! (stuck in a hole with no way out, in other words).
Considering that this concept doesn't exist in Judaism, and never has, then you need to be asking why the Church invented such a disgusting, twisted idea. Why would they do that, why would anyone teach anyone else that they are filthy and worthless?
Abusive parents teach their children that, every day. Many children are brought up with a parent who teaches them every day "you're worthless, you'll never amount to anything, you're filthy and useless".
Why do abusive parents teach their children this? To keep their children helpless and dependent on them, that's why. To teach their children never to try, never to think they can do anything good, themselves. For purposes of control.
This is no different than the Church teaching this concept. And yes, it is child abuse to teach children this, whether it comes from the Church or from their own parents makes no difference.
Nobody is in a hole they cannot get out of themselves. Everyone was given clean pure souls, according to Judaism, and we give thanks "for the souls that mankind are given are pure" every day in our prayers.
It is what you do with that pure soul AFTER you are born that determines whether you will blemish it or not, and at every single second of the day you have the capacity to do so, or to NOT do so, it is your choice. That is called Free Will, and we all have it. We are all responsible for what we do, or don't do, and we are all responsible for making amends and reparations to ourselves and others if we do something we shouldn't, according to Judaism.
It's very simple. It's called responsibility and free will. Nobody is in a hole they cannot get out of.

Wow! Says everything about what it means to be Christian! Christianity is about doing, not just praying. To be Christian is to be practical and we evangelise through our work, not by threats, demands or even knocking on doors. I take pride in not necessarily telling someone I'm Christian- how I live my life is enough.

I am so sorry you live such a sheltered live. You are wrong to say that no other religion is real. What the hell make you think any of the shi* you hear is real. Keep your beliefs but don't tell others that theirs is wrong simply because you believe different. You are a jerk to say that. Oh last I checked the bible was man made. Who's to say there are not lies. You have told lies have you not. So who's to say the ones whom wrote didn't slip there own lies into it? So close minded!

I find it so sad Christians needs to prove their god is the only one. How insecure are they to need this all the time. I know my Gods and Goddesses are real. I need no reassurances of this fact. Becasue this is true dose not mean your is not real. Blessed be
By the way nothing a huaman can do can prove if a god/goddess is real. We are only human.

To be correct, that is not proof.
Even though that video is very uplifting, it was acted out.
The buddhist, hindu, muslism, all failed because it was according to a SCRIPT. Now, if this was a documentary, I would accept it.
rebvill, what you're saying is basically that if you are not christian you shouldn't deserve freedom to express.
