I had the same experience as you. I had such strange kind of chest pains especially when I was stressed that started at my younger age. I had series of invetigations done but nothing was found. The same kind of chest pain kept on bothering me once in a while since then. Though, nothing was found in the past I want to be sure that it mean nothing so I am getting check up once I feel that there seem to be something wrong.

In your case, I would suggest that you get a check up to clear up your worries. Also, chest pains are sometimes deceitful so be careful - it may mean nothing for now but it could turn out the other way antime.

For the meantime, you have to be careful from being stressed or at least learn some effective ways of proper handling of any stressful events. Learn ways to keep yourself relaxed especially when there are stressful factors around. have a check up to be sure of your condition.

Sounds to me like you hand a few bones out of alignment, which could have been pinching a nerve and causing your pain. This would explain why it went away after you hear a cracking noise, that was probably you bones popping back into place. however, this is based on a short paragraph. Something like this you should see a doctor immediately for just to rule out something more serious with your heart or lungs. Even though you are 21, stabbing chest pain that is enough to wake you up in the middle of the night should be taken seriously.

if the pain makes breathing difficulty then it may be asthma and u should take some anti allergic inhalation . other wise the pain could be in the chest wall it self due to rickets or something. the worst is if the pain is from the lung cause u may have some bacterial, viral or parasitic infection.
generally if u lived withit for 12 years then i don't think it is that serious, however u should see a doctor as a diagnosis could be made only upon examination and i don't think u want to live with this pain forever.
good luck.

In my opinion, being 55 years old and having had a heart attack, I would suggest that you seek professional diagnosis.

I personally think that it sounds like anxiety to me. Having said this, again I will say that you need to seek professional assistance in determining the cause.

It's frightening to me to hear that this has been happening for so many years and the length of time that you endured the pain of these attacks. I can't imagine no one being concerned enough to question you locking yourself away for such long periods of time. You probably have the answers to those questions and why you have not discussed this with your family, so I feel you need to speak to a friend and perhaps your family doctor. Please take steps to find out what's going on.

I feel for ya sweetie. It sounds to me like panic attacks. Please go see a doctor for a proper diagnosis, however. I want you to know though, that it is nothing to be ashamed of, no matter what it is. You might be genetically pre-dispositioned for this sort of reaction, and you may be able to get the help you need; eventually this will take over your body, and your body will become less efficient, and you could eventually have a fatal heart attack. While you're still young enough to heal quickly and efficiently, please see a doctor.

Good luck!!!!!!

It would be smart to get some tests and scans done. If you don't have insurance, see if you qualify for Medicaid.
