Surely one of the requirements to enter the lottery should be that you must be able to locate the website yourself.
Seriously is not hard to search for it but for your simple mind here it is.

Perhaps the asker was confused because he wanted to be 100% sure he used the correct immigration site and not one of the many false ones that get sent to, and victimize, immigrants all the time. But I guess, CPG, you're way too simple-minded, mean-spirited and conceited to consider this.
Chris, your best bet is to contact an immigration lawyer regarding exactly how to apply for the lottery. Good luck.

the eco-friendly Card lottery information superhighway website is a central authority one. Its e-mails come from .gov. As a winner you woud get mail from Kentucky in a great white envelope. forget approximately all e-mails. That aside, each and all of the winners have long been notified and no one desires to pay something. sure, it is fraud, of direction, needless to say so.
