Try to get visa and working permits for any of the countries you would like to live.
Most European countries are not very open to people who just come in without knowing a job that is in high demand.

When you are trained as paramedic you stand a better change.
Europe is working on a card like the USA Green card, that will be a permit to stay and work in (most of) the European Union, the details are not yet published as the system still have to be discussed and voted for by the European Union.
But expected is that you will need to be able to earn twice the local minimum wages before you can get it, and remember, minimum wage in (most of) Europe is higher than in the USA, even if average pay is lower.
And that is lowering the requirement from what they are at this time.

Neither England nor the Netherlands have a long beach season, as the weather is rather unpredictable and often too cool in summer. Germany has very little beach, the many Germans come to the Dutch beach (or the Belgium ones) because those are bigger and nearer.
If you want beach, party, work as DJ, try one of the party towns in Spain, Italy, Greece or Croatia, maybe you can get a temporary working permit (for one season only) as DJ.

I hope you can make it, but be realistic, study the websites of the embassies of the countries that you are interested in. Mostly the requirements for visa and work permits are there, easy to find.

Prauge. I know it's unheard of, but I am well traveled and have not had as much fun anywhere in the world as I had in Prauge. Also, it is absoluely beautiful, cheap, cheap, cheap, and has a huge party scene which is great for a DJ

sadly there is no beaches in Germany my friend, nor are there any good ones in Holland, by the sounds of your character you would be really well suited to Portugal.
