i am a juvenile
i have been arrested twice and i had a lot of charges but when the cop came to my houe yesterday to give me my charges only 2 showed up : possession of marijuana, and underage drinking
my court date is oct 24th i was wondering if they will test me that day or not
most ppl are telling me im just gona get 6 months of unsupervised probation cuz i dont have felonys
what are the chances of them testing me then?

I can tell you are telling the truth about being a juvenile because:
You say ppl instead of "people".
You say cuz instead of "because".
And if you were drinking underage and doing drugs, you need to be locked up for a while away from whatever environment caused you to do such things.
Hopefully, wherever they lock you up, they will provide you with an education.

You're under 18 and have already been arrested twice. You are obviously going in the wrong direction and need to turn your life around. They might send you to a juvenile detention center and/or you'll be put on supervised probation and will be drug tested. They won't test you the day of court but soon after they will. Marijuana can stay in your system even longer then 30 days. It depends on the quality and quantity you smoke. I used to smoke years ago and quit. It took me 6 weeks to test negative after stopping. If you are scared of testing then you have not learned from your arrest yet. More than likely drug testing will be a part of your probation and since MJ stays in your system for a month you are going to test positive. And it stays in your hair longer.
I doubt they will test you the day of court, but you will get tested eventually

Yes they are going to test you. All juvenile courts test juveniles for drugs. They will test you on the day you have court and any other time you visit to P.O. Stop doing drugs and you don't have to worry about it.

Probably not very high, unless you continue your dumb behavior and show up for court under the influence of something. Or get arrested again before the court date.

They might... stay clean just in case... and, in the long run, change your lifestyle before you end up with real problems and a life that really sucks.
