Dear Trinity, I know this is directed to Christians, and you know me as a pagan Witch, forgive me please for jumping in, but I couldn't let this pass without a little comment. Your answerer Charles states "Witches do not exist."
This is the exact statement that I was addressing in my question of earlier today, for which you got best answer, about what is a "real " Witch and what is a "real" Christian. So may people didn't get it. This answer is JUST what I was talking about. No one in my group of answerers thought anything about the generally accepted actual existence of Christians, but sure enough, the validity, the actual existence, of Witches, is subject to question. Some deny we are real. I find that highly insulting and wonder why they feel so arrogant as to have no problem saying that THEY are real but we aren't. It just irks me.
Thank you for letting me put this in, and blessings to all. I am glad to see that Christians are not afraid of us. I guess that means that we exist to some of them.

Dear Friend. I'm neither scared nor concerned when I hear the term "Pagan". For me, this is just related to a particular, narrow, view connected to Christianity or monotheistic Religions. In a wider view of Spirituality there is no n reason of being scared or worried. For me, in the close Future, we have to overcome Religions to a wider concept of Spirituality. In the sense of Inner beauty and deep joy to share to the others.
If there's no "Christian", "Buddhist", "Muslim", "Hebrew" and so on, at least in a narrow sense of view, there's no Pagan.
For example, in Buddhism there's no God. And so, it's possibile to enhance a "Godless" Spirituality.
Concerning "Witch", it's another problem related to the Past Christian World.
I think that there's a sort of wholesome Magic and another sort of unwholesome one.
The most important thing is staying concerned and focused into the positive one, getting rid of Negative.
Black Magic may be dangerous, and may really harm.
So, if I hear about a "Black Witch", practicing Black Magic, I may be scared.
But, if you are under a real protection of Something positive, like Mantras or a guide of a real Positive Master, nothing may harm you!
Positivity is always stronger than negativity.
And light always overcomes darkness. Shine the light into your innermost core. And you'll fade darkness. And no Negative Magic may harm you!
A lot of greeting, dear friend, with a lot of positive light that may bring into your life joy and peace. To share with your beloved too!
Sergio.

It is how you were raised as a believer in God The only true living God of all.If someone goes to Witchcraft or Pagans status,it conflicts with how you were raised. If you go to the Bible and read Deuteronomy chapter 18 read verses 9 down to14th verse. It's an Abominations to do after these things. This pertains to Witchcraft and Pagans laws,I'm a STRONG Believer of the one and only true living God.If a Parent raised their child on these beliefs not (Witchcraft or Pagan laws) They do not want-their child to be lost 4ever by converting over to Witchcraft and Pagan,There are serious consequences to pay for becoming one of those.

i'm a pagan . what people dont understand is Wiccans (or witches) are forced to abide by the threefold law. the threefold law requires them to not harm others. also, how can a pagan worship the devil? they dont even believe in the devil. what many christians also dont realize is that devil worshippers are still christians. i dont have anything against christians unless they make comments about pagans being wrong stupid or against jesus. jesus existed, that cant be denied. i have plenty of respect for all religions that respect mine.

Personally, I have no fears about either. Pagans, so called, only date from the early 1920's. Witches do not exist.
That does not mean, however, that people cannot *claim* to be pagans, or *claim* to be witches. Many do, and not just in polite, white, western culture, either. There are lots of stories about skin-walkers, shape-shifters, and the like. Moreover, there are a number of cultures where adversity of many sorts finds its explanation in the existence of witches, or others casting spells.

Nothing scares or concerns me at all.
Except that those who don't follow Jesus won't end up in heaven. I'd love to show them the truth about Who Jesus is so that they would repent of their sins and let Jesus forgive them even as Jesus forgave me.
I have done my research and that religion was practiced for over 3,000 years and you can read about in the Old Testament.
I'm part of a Bible Believing, non denominational or perhaps some would say an "Inter-Denominational" church.

Hi! :o}
I don't get scared. I do get concerned because I accepted God's Gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ and will go to Heaven when I die, and those who haven't will go to hell.
I go by the Bible, face value, and based my life on what It says (It is alive).
I am a follower of Jesus (traditionally called a Christian). I am an Evangelical, born again Christian, meaning I live and share my faith with others. (Those who are simply "born again" generally are not active in sharing their faith).
I am not of any denomination. I grew up Southern Baptist. As a kid I learned about denominations, and thought, "This is stupid, we are supposed to be one in Jesus Christ, not fighting each other" So I made my choice then to work with Bible believers (and doers!) of any church or ministry of any denomination. I attend a Christian Church, and am receiving training through an Assemblies of God ministry. We all have differences. The minor ones are no big deal (like some End Times interpretations of the sequence of events, as long as we agree with that the Bible says that no one knows when Jesus will return, just that He will). We must agree on the major doctrines, such as the virgin birth of Jesus, His perfect, sinless life, death, burial, and bodily resurrection, for example.
I appreciate your openness. Many times I encounter a bit of bitterness for those who ask questions like you did. I notice you are simply open and interested on what others believe. I notice many Christians require a lot of work in this area.
Everyone, please accept my apologies for any misrepresentation of being followers of Jesus. We all have attitudes and habits that need worked on. Those of us following Jesus are being renewed day by day. His patience is Great! I am so glad He paid for my sins on the Cross, because it is impossible to do works to go to Heaven!
My hope is that you consider Jesus. If you are open to Him in your pursuit of Truth, He will answer you. He requires a sincere heart in seeking Him.
Take care, I'm praying for you.

nothing There are only two sources of spiritual power in the world 1. God 2. Devil.
When people claim to have spiritual power then they either serve one or the other ... Doesn'e scare me but makes me sad that people would go for the fake.
