To be honest, she is too young to be away from her mother. They really shouldn't be separated until atleast 8 weeks, preferably 12 weeks. She is lonely and confused. She WILL grow out of it - my kitten did the exact same thing - but for the time being, there is not a lot you can do. The only solution that will more than likely work would be to get her a playmate. If you could get one of her littermates, even better. Kittens that young should not be taken away from all contact with another cat.

Right now, your kitten is scared and lonely, and is looking for her mother and siblings. At 6 weeks, she wasn't quite ready to leave her mama!
Play with her for a while before you leave, so that she gets tired out and is ready for a nap. Leave her something soft to sleep on, like a piece of fleece fabric. She will eventually settle in and not be so noisy.

she is just acting out. I just got a kitty and he is about 8 weeks old , and he is acting the same way. i work only 10 min away so on my lunch hour i come and check on him and he is sleeping either under my bed or on my bed. so he and your kitty are just looking for attention. Dont give up on her , she will grow out of it. I have an adult cat and she use to be the same way but now she is the most cuddly little thing i have ever seen. dont give up. ok . its just like a baby and we cant just give up on them. right?

yes this baby is just being a baby too young to leave her mom just wed i also brought home a 10 weel old sealpoint boy himmie, he cries i just assure him he is ok and try to see if he is hungry, thirsty, needs the cat box or some attention just like a human baby she willcry sometimes.if you are in the other room call her, give her something to playwith or you play with her. try to keep her close by find a nice blanket for her she will know its hers in time even a small stuffed animall.

Hi,she's crying because she's a baby and she wants her mum.You are her mum now, give her lot's of cuddles and talk to her this will help to reassure her and it will help you both bond. You need to spend as much time with her as possible at this age,the more you do plus giving her lots of cuddles and talking to her the quicker she will settle in her new home.Good luck.

my cat used to do this when he was a baby. you either have to get her another kitty friend or just let her cry it out. when she realizes nothing is happening, she will eventually stop. i had no choice but to let me cat cry it out and now he's quiet. get her some new toys as well to keep her busy and keep the tv on for her to watch the moving images.

My kitten was just like this when we first got him. He grew out of it after a week or so.

you just got to give her time to get adjusted to the new surroundings
just take her with you everywhere you go in your house so she gets used to it
and put her down so she can sniff n stuff

If she just left her litter mates, she might just be lonely. Usually they do grow out of it.
