LOW BLOOD SUGAR, is when you need sugar. Light headedness is LOW BLOOD PRESSURE. Not the same thing. If you are dieting, that could be the cause. Are you eating low carbohydrates? You can get carbs by eating sweet peas, corn, sweet potatoes. These have carbs but somewhat different than the ones listed below. These carbs will release at a slower rate and keep your blood sugar levels more stable.

Are you taking ANY medications?? Read the side effects.
Nausea can be from some meds. The body aches and weakness sounds like some other illnesses.

Do you eat a healthy diet? Take multiple vitamins to make up for what you miss? Are you on birth control? Be sure to take B complex and iron pills, if you are not getting enough meat or protein the fatigue can be a side effect. The B's and the iron (daily) will give you more energy.

A racing heart can be from lack of carbohydrates. The heart muscle needs carbs (potatoes, rice, bread, and pasta ) to feed it so it can work properly. Carbohydrates turn into sugar in our bodies. That sugar feeds our muscles.

That is why athletes eat so many carbohydrates before a sports event.

Good Luck.

It sounds like the signs of a Diabetic .. since you are eating sweats and you feel fainted. Also, is your vision blurry? If so, you need to go to the hospital since it is a really good sign of being a diabetic either type 1 or type 2.

You need to get your blood sugar tested. Even though you eat sweets... your sugar can rise really high then crash really low causing alot of those symptoms. Probably nothing that can't be easily taken care of, but you need to see a doctor and probably have some test done. good luck
