I see a lot of ads in the wanted section of the paper for Vending route drivers. Lots of them have a base salary and then say you earn commish. Anyone try this job before. How much do you usually make per week with commish. Does your salary increase the longer you work there?

You can make lots of money on commission, however it depends on your route. Some route are busy and some are not. If they require a CDL you should start at $12.00 per hour, not $7,00. There is a lot labor involve not just driving. If they offer you $7.00 tell them to stick on their forehead.

I know someone who drove for Pepsi on a vending route, and his base wages were around $7 an hour. He did get commission, but not a lot.

each route and company varies. u got to ask.
do u like to be physically active? to break a sweat? to talk with people? to drive? to increase sales? to work with challenges?
ur question here is like a fart in a hurricane - makes u feel good just doesn't solve the problems. :-)
u want real answers - go out to apply then figure out if it is what u want.
