Goat is very good meat and is similar to lamb in taste. You can cook it any way you cook lamb.
There are many many regional recipes for goat, aka kid, aka cabrito.

I'm Greek so I had some in Greece once. I didn't like it that much. It was dry and tasted funny. I like Lamb way more.

I DON'T EAT GOAT AS A NORMAL EVERYDAY THING, BUT I DO LOVE BARB CUED GOAT. IT'S DELICIOUS.
