I'm trying to send a small package there. I'm assuming it would be the same as shipping to somewhere in the US?

Yes. Go here:

www.usps.com

It will not be the same as shipping domestically. Rates will be higher, and depending on what you're shipping, you may have to complete Customs documentation. Also, certain items are prohibited by certain countries. You can find out what youu need to know by navigating that site.
