Well, there are certain aspects that have a negative impact on Islam. For example, a lot of Arab men oppress women and don't treat them properly. Most people confuse this and say that it must be because Islam oppresses women. Which isn't true because Islam was the first religion to give women exclusive rights (right to divorce, inheritance, ownership etc.) that they never had before. Most parts of culture is positive it culture enriches society :)

positive most Arabs are Muslims & Christian we have no problems to words each other Islam says there is no difference weather u are Latin or African white or black we are Muslims all are like brothers no matter where we are or where we live

Islam is a divided religion. Arab muslims are a divided people. There are Sunnis and Shiites fighting since the beginning of Islam. Since the beginning of Ishmael and Isaac, God said Ishmael's hand would be against every man and every man's hand against him.
God said a nation divided cannot stand. Islam and the Arab nations will not stand because brother is fighting against brother. It is a matter of time.
Jesus said, "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation: and a house divided against a house falls."
