Point-by-point answer:
I know that I'm a sinner. (No, I'm not. I'm not 100% good, but I'm not 100% bad either, so I'm neither a sinner nor a good person.)
I deserve Hell. (No, I don't. I believe that we make our own personal hells right here on earth, and that I've been punished pretty amply for the wrong things that I've done, already.)
But You sent Jesus to die for my sins. (If you did, you overreacted. The worst thing I've ever done is only a misdemeanor in Virginia [my home state], and the statute of limitations is up on that.)
I believe that He died and rose again. (No, I don't. I believe there was a historical Jesus, and that he's been dead for some 2000 years, but I don't believe in the resurrection.)
I ask you now to forgive my sins, once an for all. (I've attempted to make amends to those people whom I've hurt, which is much more to the point, IMHO.)
I now receive Jesus Christ as my Lord and Personal Saviour. Please come into my heart and save me, Help me to know I am saved and live for You, the rest of my life. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen. (No to all of the above. This wording is too vague; it doesn't explain what I'd be getting myself into - but I know that there are "church people" who would interpret it to mean that I'll let them boss me around. No thanks!)

There are quite a few Christians out there that don't want any one to obey Jesus. Mark16:15-18 it says to go and preach the Gospel in all the world and to every creature He who believes and is Baptized will be saved but those that does not will be condemned.

If you have not experienced the psychological death of the learned identity (ego illusions) and the return to authentic being (Christ Self) you are as lost as you sound. Stop embarrassing yourself.
Having discovered as a small child - contrary to your kind of Christian delusion - that I was NOT a sinner, I was able to understand Jesus' profound message despite the apocalyptic rhetoric added to his message by others. Unless you are experiencing hell in the now, there is nothing to be 'saved' from. However, if you remember who you authentically ARE - your essential nature - and why you came, you can be saved from this limited experience of reality - forever proselytizing to others who know better than you, their "God" given purpose for being.

I find that most fundamental Christians are so very shallow people .You have to be some kind of mental midget to believe that the man Jesus is the 'only son of God 'as their is no such being in the whole of cosmos ,that is only a ridicules fantasy. We are all sons of God and Jesus came to demonstrate this living reality to us all.Through the method of rebirth and evolution we all will measure up to the same divinity as the Christ.

I have not and honestly speaking, I probably won't because I don't understand the philosophy behind the Holy Bible(if it even has one), sometimes it seems like a tale or a myth (especially the story of Adam and Eve), and in the Bible, it does not explain where God comes from and that is the ultimate question of all. The Bible also portrays God as tyrannical and sometimes heartless, because he has instructed to kill so many people just because they dont believe in him. It is unacceptable.

How many more times are you going to ask this question.
I assume it is another religious ritual and has no place in a QA forum.
I do not accept the existence of any gods, fairies, ghosts or spirits. Take your ranting somewhere else.

If this is supposed to be a version of "The Sinner's Prayer", you should know that God DOES NOT HEAR sinners praying to Him, John 9:31; therefore, I cannot agree with your statement.

Can you show me the scripture whare it says to accept, "Jesus Christ as my Lord and Personal Saviour"? I can't find it.
Here's what I did find out: Some people promote a very attractive idea: All true Christians, regardless of how they live, have an absolute assurance of salvation, once they accept Jesus into their hearts as "their personal Lord and Savior." The problem is that this belief is contrary to the Bible & constant Christian teaching.
Recall this Scripture: "If we have died with him [in baptism; see Rom. 6:3-4] we shall also live with him; if we persevere we shall also reign with him" (2 Tim. 2:11-12). So, ff we do NOT persevere, we shall NOT reign with him. In other words, Christians can forfeit heaven. Jesus tells us, "He who endures to the end will be saved" (Matt. 24:13; cf. 25:31-46). Ergo, if you do not endure to the end, well........
The Bible makes it clear that Christians have a moral assurance of salvation (God will be true to his word and will grant salvation to those who have faith in Christ and are obedient to him [1 John 3:19-24]), but the Bible does NOT teach that Christians have a guarantee of heaven. There can be no absolute assurance of salvation. The Bible says, "See, then, the kindness and severity of God: severity toward those who fell, but God's kindness to you, provided you remain in his kindness, otherwise you too will be cut off" (Rom. 11:22-23; Matt. 18:21-35, 1 Cor. 15:1-2, 2 Pet. 2:20-21).
Note that this includes an important condition: "provided you remain in his kindness." It is saying that Christians can lose their salvation by throwing it away. He warns, "Whoever thinks he is standing secure should take care not to fall" (1 Cor. 10:11-12). , Paul admitted that even he could fall away: "I pummel my body and subdue it, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified" (1 Cor. 9:27). In saying this he points out that even he cannot be infallibly sure of his own present state or of his future salvation.
As a Catholic, when someone asks me if I have been "saved," I answer: "I am redeemed by the blood of Christ, I trust in him alone for my salvation, and, as the Bible teaches, I am working out my salvation in fear and trembling (Phil. 2:12), knowing that it is God's gift of grace that is working in me."
