I dont believe in god but dont sin in life, maybe the odd time, but nothing major at all. I consider myself to be a kind person and generally try and do things right. Spending an eternity in hell seems like a pretty harsh punishment for me doesnt it, purely because i have my own thoughts. If you say i am going to hell then is god just as bad as hitler, he doesnt like what i belive in so i must burn?

You know better than anyone else..
Have you done what the Bible verses below say?
Have you confessed to God that you are a sinner?
Have you been justified ( forgiven ) through the Lord Jesus Christ?
Have you confessed those sins so that He can cleanse you from all unrighteousness ( sin ) ?

If you haven't done those things before God then you are still bound for hell. If you don't want to submit to the will of God then you will have to suffer the consequences..

We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. You can't be good enough to earn your way to heaven. Everlasting life in heaven with Christ is a free gift of God so that no man can boast about how good he is. To receive eternal life all you MUST do is accept Jesus Christ as your Savior.

From your very question, you are rebelling against God and rebellion is sin and you are guilty. The wages of sin is death.
The gift of God is eternal life.

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the Father except by Me." Only one way to heaven and that is by believing in Jesus Christ.

There was only One Righteous Man and we can't even come close no matter how good you think you are.

That does not mean you will go to hell, when the day comes you will see God and he will see you and all you have done and that will be the moment of judgement. In that moment of judgement you have the past of the good you have done and He will know that and give you a chance to accept him.

God is nothing like any man, especially the man you tied in a comparison to however and that is a type of sin.

We are only kidding ourselves if we don't think that we sin. We are all sinners and have all falllen short of where we need to be. That is why God Himself came to this economy to give Himself as a ransom for many. He provides a way out of our sinful nature for us. All we have to do is believe that he is as who He says that He is, repent and be baptized by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins, then we will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost to overcome any temptations that we will encounter. We know when we have the Holy Ghost when God has control of our tongue and we will speak in an unlearned language.

God is in charge of us all. He created us. and gave Moses 306 Commandments. That are rarely even looked at anymore, by most people.
God made orders. Those that refuse to obey Him are disobeying Him. How can God keep Heaven peaceful if a lot of people are there that believe their thoughts are better than God's? To hell all go that refuse to believe and follow theirs and the devils ways. In Heaven is peace.

ive thought about this many times myself. I myself am not religious and ive never been baptised, but im a good person and always try to help people out. The idea that a pedaphile who has raped numerous boys (who has been baptised) and repented and asked god for forgiveness - would be allowed entry into heaven over myself is just ridiculous........doesnt anyone else see that something is wrong here?

Only in the CATHOLIC Christain view, and of course, the mroe zealous faction of Christians...think about it though. God sent His only Son to die for our sins on the cross; after doing that do you think he would send ANYONE to hell? Of course not, besides, no such place; hell is right here on earth and everyone gets to Heaven just may take some of us longer if we don't do right the first time. We repeat our time here on earth until we do get it right. God is not vengeful wrathful, arrogant and fearsome; He leaves that up to the Catholics.

Whether people judge God to be as bad as Hitler, or whether they give him glory for he is the Almighty God, his will will be done.

Believing that God is is the first step toward being in line with his will.

I've been sent straight there many times by Christians. In fact, not so long ago, one told me that we have to have hell because we need a place to send Hitler. Oh pshaw!

i've got not got self belief suicide unavoidably negates salvation. God on my own sees what's in our hearts. interior the 1st occasion, i've got self belief God could understand if this boy is incapable of giving himself over thoroughly to Christ. interior the 2nd occasion, the Bible does say "greater advantageous love has no guy than he lays down his existence for yet another". i've got self belief that applies in this occasion. In yet another subject, although - i've got not got self belief God supplies salvation to a individual who could maliciously kill his infants and then himself. i've got commonplace that to happen as a manner of "getting returned" at an ex-considerable different. i in my view do no longer think of God could honour that. I additionally do no longer think of He honours a suicide bomber even even with the undeniable fact that he would have been indoctrinated right into a perception that perpetrates such an action. those are my comments. returned, in uncomplicated terms God knows what's in a individual's heart.
