Hello:
We are having the following for lunch today:
Pot Roast
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Sweet corn with butter and salt
Salad with assorted salad dressings
Buttermilk biscuits with butter
For dessert we are having German Chocolate cake,yummy! ;-)

Nice bowl of cream of whatever homemade soup?
Steamed cod fish or halibut with raspberry vinaigrette drizzled over it?

Cheese enchiladas sound good to me, lol. If that's too heavy try what I'm really having; Minestrone and Brochetta homemade from last night....much lighter but, I would never turn down cheese enchiladas, mmmmm. enjoy!
