yes they can
Your best bet is to let your employer know you are in school and give them your class schedule each semester and see if they can schedule you around when you can work. When I was in school my part time job did that with no problem. But not all employers are student friendly. If your employer cannot schedule you with student hours, there will be others who will. So if your current employer won't work with you, find another who will. Going to school right now should be priority.

Yes, as he is concerned about getting the work and job done. This is something that should have been discussed at length and in detail when you first agreed to go to work there. If it was discussed and agreed to by the employer then they shouldn't change your work schedule, unless there was no other work for you at a different time; in that case you will not have a job. Maybe you can change your courses around, and if not you have to make the call. Good Luck.

Your employer makes the schedule, not you. If you caN't work the hours they want you to, you have the right to quit.

I assume you did talk to them, and ask if they could schedule around your classes. They don't have to, although many employers will if they reasonably can.

Unless this was discussed when you were hired and you provided them with a copy of your class schedule, yes they can. They care about their business not you. Sad, but it's just a fact.

yes they can...try and find someone to cover your shifts...they look to fill their priorities before yours...

make sure they have a copy of your school schedule and let them know that these are hours that you cannot work... if they know this already then perhaps its time for a different job

Yes they can. The best thing for you to do is to talk to your employer about it.
