Alrite, for the longest time a gland of some sort (I have one on each side of my mouth) has been secreting this vile tasting liquid and it's driving me crazy. It's behind my uvula in the top left corner of my mouth in front of my throat, I have come to believe it's an adrenoid, but I'm not entirely sure. Anyways, I got annoyed with it and started messing with it with my tongue (stupid idea I know). After a few minutes, I could feel like something was lodged in it. So with a little more pushing with my tongue I was able to pull out a large sized peice of this white-ish looking clump something with the consistency of dough, which seems to be the source of the horrible smell. Any ideas on what is wrong with my mouth, what the peice of material I pulled from my mouth is, etc?

*Already been to a doctor, they said it was allergies but I honestly didn't buy it, as he was not able to see the area of distress and was assuming.

alrite, thanks for all the answers guys.
but just to be sure, on the opposite side of where it was lodged, there seems to be a gland that it nice and smooth, but where it was located it's inflamed and open. is this normal because it was lodged in it?
