I recently saw a show on tv about a woman who perform oral sex on her child and allow her child to do oral sex on her mother. She was also allowing a man to participate in a child pornography. This act made me sick to the stomach and I cried for that girl. I want to know how I can help get these sick people off the streets.

If you know of something or hear of something like this, report it to the police. That's their job, not yours.
Be very , very careful. you could f### up someone's life very seriously if you're wrong, and be in very deep trouble yourself.
My method would be, if see them crossing the street, stand on the gas pedal and run "em over, but that too, would be illegal.

volunteer your time and or money to abuse prevention, youth programs or any other worthwhile cause
