I have been diagnosed with gallbladder problems and just noticed that every time I have diarrhea its basically all water and its greasy...Does this still sound like gallbladder problems?

Yes this is what happens and i'm afraid you'll probably be needing your gallbladder removed. If your having pain all the time maybe get your doctor to refer you to a specialist. Hope you get this dealt with as this can continue to be very painful if left untreated.

Yes. Bile is necessary for the digestion of fat. Greasy stools suggests that there is a blockage in your bile duct. Your physician needs to know this soon, otherwise you risk having an acute gall bladder attack and emergency surgery.

What you are seeing is steatorrhea. And yes, it is consistent with gallbladder problems.
