Yes, I should have said "like a hate crime" since it is not illegal, thanks to those who point that out.

I would not consider this a hate crime...just another way of trying to use a fear based religion to convert people into their brand of salvation.

Nope, freedom of speech.
If the response you get is "It's YOUR hell, you go there !" still not a hate crime, just more free speech.

However, if you beat the person up or burned down their house if they didn't change their beliefs THAT would be a hate crime.

As it would be if a non-Christian did the same to a Christian over beliefs.

it's not a hate crime if you're not physically hurting someone. in order to be a crime, it has to be illegal

I don't know about it being an actual crime, but it sure is hateful.

Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me. How can you be so shallow that you let words harm you?

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the Father except by Me." If you do not accept Jesus, then you have no hope for everlasting life with the Lord.
The other alternative is hell.

It depends on how it is done...

Most of the time it is just hateful, but there are times when it crosses the line into harassment.....
