There is no such thing as a 9 month rabies shot. If she had one in January, it will be good for 1 year. There are also 3 year rabies shots.
She sounds like she has problems with food aggression. She needs to get some training, and soon before she hurts someone.

OK I think you are confused Here I really don't think she had her last Rabies shot on 1/04/07 I am thinking she had a Booster
Rabies shots are good for 3 years and when she bit you you really have nothing to worry about unless your Dog spends allot of time out side hunting wild life Like Rabid Bats Or Raccoons
You really need to research the Rabies Illness as it is going to be real apparent in your pup and You are very very unlikely to catch it so relax
Before you get all excited Check out your Vets papers stating what shots your pup has received and research the Rabies illness and I do believe it will put your Mind @ ease
Take Care

If she had her rabies shot on 1/4/07 then she is NOT due for another one until at least 1/4/08 and if it wasn't her first rabies vaccination then it is likely longer then that.
It is bad in the sense that she bit you for taking something away from her. She needs some serious training!!

People seemed to leave out the most important message here which is that Rabies is an EXTREMELY rare disease in dogs. Yes, its a huge scare that people carry around as if Rabies is lurking on every door step in America. But the truth is that hardly EVER in history do you hear of a domestic dog having rabies. It just isn't happening. The chance that your dog or anyones dog that you know getting rabies is practically non existant. The last known case of Rabies in a domestic dog was in 2004 and it was caused by the VACCINE which resulted in a huge rabies vaccine recall.
I am 99.9% sure your dog does not have rabies!
You might need some antibiotics for hte bite as dogs mouths carry a lot of bacteria and usually result in an infection.

That's not true.. Rabies shots.. 2 in one year?? NOPE.. Rabies shots are done at MOST once a year.. Should be getting the 3 year shot anyhow.. Your dog is fine for rabies vaccinations.. Maybe the other vaccinations are due?!? But you'll be okay that way too..
It's bad that she bit you, but not in the way that you are thinking.. You need to teach her that you can take ANYTHING that she has, and she is NOT allowed to bite you..

Rabies shots are usually for 1 or 3 years. Was she given her rabies shot in January or October? Either way, you're probably okay -- animal control *may* require her to be home-quarantined anyway, depending upon your state's regulations.
Yes it's "bad" that she bit you, but it's kind of a good thing too -- she didn't bite someone else, and she's given you a huge hint that you both need training.
(Hope you are okay and that she didn't do too much damage)

Food aggression is never a good thing in any type of dog. She could've bitten a kid.
Look into some obedience training and teach your dog who's really the Alpha in the house or you'll have nothing but trouble out of this one.
As far as rabies goes, you are fine.

yeah its bad she bite you, because a dog never bites their "pack leader".
That means she considers herself the pack leader.and that is not good.
unless your dog has rabies you can get it.
I think if you diinfect it and take care of your wound you will be fine.
