You do not say what TYPE of Arthritis! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and find that citric fruit, acid, will make my joints swell faster than anything else. I take evening primrose oil, and that helps to keep the red hot swollen joints at bay. Likewise a low fat diet because people with RA will have high cholesterol. As for Osteoarthritis, wear and tear, Glucosime seems to help some people. My advise is to buy a Diary, every night write in it what you ate what you did and how you feel on a scale of one to ten. Eventually you will be able to look back and see if you had orange juice for breakfast and the following day the pain was bad.

A clean and healthy diet with plenty of RAW vegetables and fruit. When raw they contain millions of super healthy, healing enzymes that ANY heating destroys.
Minimise the acid forming foods (meat, cooked grain and dairy [especially dairy!!]). Also avoid alcohol which, if you do only one thing, will make the single biggest difference. Combine them and you will be virtually, if not completely, cured. Sounds like rubbish but try it for 30 days 100% strictly. You (and everyone else reading this and doubting) will be amazed.
Incidentally, the person who said about avoiding tomatoes etc was referring to the fact that some people have reactions to certain foods and these can flare the problem up as a reaction. You will always find that foods people become intolerant or allergic to have been massively overused in the human diet over many generations.
Trust me, try it. Good luck.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

No individual foods will positively help disorders of this kind, although there is some evidence that a diet low in saturated fats and high in polyunsaturated fatty acids (particularly the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids) could benefit sufferers. Although there are various anecdotal claims about benefit from avoiding certain foods, there is little or no scientific evidence to support them.
Avoid tomatoes as they are a meber of the nightshade family and citrus fruits because of the acid in them. Vitamin C can be increased by eating plenty of green leafy vegetables but really high doses of vit c are a waste of time as it is a water soluble vitamin so your body only uses what it needs and then you excrete the rest in your urine - which is why you need vit c every day.

several herbs like cinnamon and curry to name just two have anti-inflammatory components over time (minimum of 3 months).
For example cur cumin is the active ingredient in curry. It also shows up for certain cancers and Alzheimer's treatments.
Cinnamon on the other hand helps with blood sugar levels for borderline diabetics and lowering triglycerides.
You can do a search more more info on both. By eating more of either or taking a supplement you should see improvement.

AVOID tomatoes and citrus fruits????????? Sheesh! I overdose ev eryday on my Vit C and A just to help my arthritis!
I use mega dosage, (over 2000mg) spread out over everyday. It sounds like more than it is. Two-three 8 oz glasses of OJ, extra green vegies for calcium, any fruit high in VitC.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/NbCN1
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

Explain to friends, family and work acquaintances that you’re dieting. Support from the people around you keeps you motivated, stops you from cheating and also makes it less likely that you will fall off the wagon.
