Is it the video games that make all the kids suddenly want to be snipers? I've seen many questions on YA about this and it seems to me that most have no idea how tough it is to become one and anyone with a history of drug use surely must recognize that they'll won't even get past the entrance exam, much less get chosen for the school. You can 'wannabe' all day long but when it comes down to meeting the requirements, that's a whole other story.
Stick to your video games, weed, and your fantasies.

The seventy 5th Ranger Regiment has this is very own Sniper area consistent with Battalion. meaning that there are 3 Sniper Sections in the seventy 5th Ranger Regiment. once you're making it to the Rangers, then you definately'll would desire to attempt for the Sniper area in the 1st, 2nd, or third Battalion. as quickly as you have made it, you will attend 2 diverse Sniper colleges at minimum, the common Sniper direction(B4) at ft. Benning, GA and the SOTIC(specific Operations aim Interdiction direction) held at ft. Bragg, NC. ought to you bypass to the Marines and be a Sniper? in case you desire to be a Sniper in the Marine Corps then by skill of all skill please provide it a shot. the two paths are form of the comparable in that there is a Sniper Platoon consistent with Battalion and you will would desire to attempt for STA(Surveillance aim Acquisition). the U. S. Marine Scout Sniper college is definitely a greater effective Sniper direction than the U. S. military common direction because it incredibly is lots greater indepth. The Marine interest it fairly is very like the U. S. military Rangers would be of their MARSOC(Marine specific Operations Command) community. lower back, a community you will would desire to attempt for and make by way of an indoctrination technique. inspite of what you %, you're in for an notably confusing experience and that i want you the excellent of success.

Basically, it takes three things to be a good sniper, and a wicked shot is the least of them. Discipline and cunning are the important qualities. Snipers do not (usually) roam around looking for people to shoot. They do not shoot non-combatants, i.e. women and children, other unarmed persons, livestock, windshields, and houses, etc.. You have to be great at three things to be a great sniper. Woodcraft....if you can't disappear in the bush, you won't survive long. Good memory. Snipers are tasked with remembering great amounts of information. For example if you spot an enemy convoy, how many trucks and tracked vehicles were there of what kinds? Last of course is marksmanship.

Well first you would probably want to save up your money and buy a good sniper rifle. Then go to the shooting range and practice shooting ever chance you get. Then try out for a sniper academy. Get well known and maybe you just might become the best!

Check into whether snipers get many promotions before stepping into it. It might not be the best carrier path in the military.

I am going to tell you is go infantry first. Get your feet wet and you will be able to get it once you are in the Army. Once you served consecutive years in the Army and show the Army you are a changed man, you will have more options in what you can do.

If, as according to your avatar name of "Michelle", you are a woman, I believe you cannot be a sniper as women are not allowed under current military regulations to be involved in combat operations.

Start with concentrating on finishing Middle School; then, perhaps, graduate High School...after that, we'll talk.
