Nuke any leftovers! :)
My husband makes his version of a McMuffin on Saturday afternoons. It's a can of flaky biscuits, sausage patties, fried egg, and cheese. I wrap them up in foil and freeze them. Then when I'm hungry I just turn on the oven and pop it in for a few minutes to loosen the foil, then take off the foil, pop it on a plate, and nuke until hot. I love those things.
Or you could stumble in the kitchen and put the kettle on, grab a packet of instant grits, pour those in a bowl, when the whistle blows, just stir in the water and wait 3 minutes.
Or if you have time on Saturday morning or afternoon, whip up a hashbrown breakfast casserole and stick it in the fridge. On Sunday morning all you have to do is turn the oven on and bake it.
I like having things prepped for Sunday mornings since I'm lazy in the morning. :)

plan ahead and prepare a breakfast casserole the night before, most of which need to set in the fridge overnight anyway. All you have to do Sunday morning is turn the oven on and slide in the casserole. How easy is that?!

I don't.
I usually just have cereal with my husband and daughter.
Although on special occasions and sometimes just for fun, we'll put on a huge meal of sausages, bacon, pancakes, scramby eggs...yum. I find the energy to do that by making it a brunch instead of a breakfast.

You don't.
Your body probably needs more sleep more than it needs breakfast anyway.
Sleep in and have an early lunch instead.
