where there any cures for these disease during the civil war? you dont have to tell me all of them

Malaria
Pneumonia
Typhoid
Measles
Tuberculosis
Small Pox

To this day there is no cure for Malaria, viral pneumonia, measles, or small pox. Quinine was an available treatment for Malaria (not a cure). The others are viruses and we still don't have a cure, only prevention by vaccination (how we eradicated smallpox).

Bacterial pneumonia, typhoid, and TB are now curable by antibiotics, which were discovered in the 20th century. No cure in the Civil War. Overall, none of your diseases had cures during the Civil War.
