If sex outside marriage is a sin, are all animals (other than humans) sinners?

Since marriage is a human construct. Also, how could Adam and Eve reproduced in wedlock when there was no-one to marry them?

Animals are not human and therefore cannot sin. They kill and devour each other and are innocent in the eyes of the Christian God. The Christian God created Eve for Adam and therefore married them. He even commanded them to mulitply the earth therefore giving them permission to have sex. If you remember they walked with God until they sinned by eating the forbidden fruit.

Can you be outside a house if there is no house? Then animals cant have sex outside of marriage if there is no marriage to begin with. Also, humans will almost always have sex for pleasure first, while most animals wont.
In response to the Adam and Eve question, the sex outside marriage law came in later. Not all laws were brought down to people from day 1 - otherwise they would have been overwhelmed. One by one :)

They were married in the eyes of God. After all, Eve was created from Adam's rib, so she was a part of him.

Animals (other than humans) are not sinners. They do not know right from wrong.

It is hard for me to understand how anyone would think that cats, dogs, bears, lions, and tigers are the same thing as humans. You have got to be kidding. When you find out that animals have the ability to get married, let us all know.

Next thing, you will be wanting to know why animals aren't working at jobs like humans do.

Sin is a spiritual separation from God. since animals don't have spirits, they can't sin. However, scripture says that all creation has fallen into decay because of Adam's sin. Therefore all creation groans waiting for the manifest sons of God.

Rom:8:19: For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
Rom:8:22: For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

And what you consider as a marriage is not neccessarily the universal standard. In Wisconsin, a man and a woman can marry themselves without a minister if their spiritual faith allows such.

And who is to say if God didn't perform a ceremony Himself? And is a ceremony necessary? Is not ceremony for the purpose of man and not God?

It is to impress our souls the importance of the event. So we can regard it with more respect.

Animals do not have souls. Adam & Eve were an exception because they were the ones to start the human process of having children. Marriage to day is different than it was in the beganning.

Animals are not on a par with humans, so they are not constrained by our moral imperatives. it is we who act like animals when we give in to lustful behavior. After all, animals don't have souls. Jesus didn't die on the cross to save the animals.

Adam and Eve were married by God in the Garden of Eden. That's why church weddings remind people that marriage was instituted and ordained by God, himself.

Why would a certain group of people out of the rest of mankind come up and all agree to follow without objections with their own new unheard of restrictions such as the marriage laws just for one example to put on themselves and then conjure up a fictional character, "God", to give the credit to other then themselves of initiating these new restrictions concerning marriage such as sex before marriage, prohibit sex with close relatives, sex with no one but your spouse until they are dead, circumcision of the male penis and the punishment of death if caught breaking these rules. It just doesn't make any sense then or now unless you look at it in a "scientific" point of view not a "religious" point of view and then these restrictions make all the sense in the world. Then you realize that these laws and restrictions were not made up by mankind but by a "higher" intelligence "for" mankind such as ancient text records say who did, the God "Yahweh".

A) Only those made in the image of God can betray that image through sin.

B) God decides what constitutes sin. And He has decreed that sin consists of those thoughts, words and actions deliberately taken to cause or to try to cause, harm to another, to oneself, to God or to His creation.

C) Adam & Eve are myth. The biological reality of God's creation is that until humanity was biologically ready for the infusion of a soul in God's image, there could be NO sin. (See B)
