I'm 16. And I'd like to start eating healthier because I never seem to have any energy, among other things. I know it's because all I eat is junk/greasy food.

It's really hard for me to NOT eat that box of Rice Krispie Treats, or that bag of Doritos, or go for the Coke instead of the water. I've never had to worry about my weight, so eating healthy foods over fatty foods never really occurred to me.

Just gradually eat less junk food. Take it day by day and add more vegetables like broccoli and carrots into your diet along with fruits.

replace those foods with fruit and vegetables.
