Startle easy (even if someone is just knocking on the door), constant feeling of pressure on my chest, heart fluttering at times, tension headaches, feeling exhausted, unfocused.

I was in a terrible car accident w/o injuries, had an unrelated emergency c-section, relationship problems, lost a family member, real mother doesn't want contact, and I moved to a different country. All within 2 years.

The symptoms vary in strength.

You have gone through a lot in the past two years and I guess that you have not integrated all of it yet. If you want to manage symptoms of anxiety without any meds, you have to understand that the physical symptoms are a fight or flight respose in your body, that gets stuck. To break the cycle, get up and do something. Vacuum, scrub the floor, go for a walk, dance, anything physical will relieve the tension so you can think again. But to alleviate the anxiety once and for all, you need to intergrate all the experiences and feelings and that is best done by talking about them.

You have gone through too much in the last 2 years , you have post traumatic stress syndrome causing you to startle easy, pressure on your chest , headaches, exhausted and unfocused. You need to see a mental health therapist to talk to, holding all your emotions in cause you to feel these horrible feelings and can cause physical feelings as well. Please tell your therapist that you feel you need a antidepressant to help you NOT feel this way and need to see a psychiatrist once a month for medication. I have gone to therapy for years and it helps. Please look in your phone book under mental health clinic or family counseling centers, if you don't have insurance they go by a sliding fee scale on what you can afford to pay.
Good luck

You will be free from anxiety once you come clean before God with genuine confession and repentance!

God loves you, and you are precious to Him. Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation, and qualifying us to Heaven. Just come to Jesus with genuine repentance and faith, and you will find peace, hope and meaning for your life. Heaven is wonderful beyond descriptions and forever without end. Never miss Heaven for anything of this troubled world. Life on earth is short and uncertain. Get right with God before it is too late. Best wishes for happiness and Heaven! (www.spiritlessons.com)
