There are some great gift basket places that will make you a basket of goodies with any and all items that you may want in it.
I would just purchase them and see if they will make it for you. Or just do it yourself. I do that at Christmas and it's not hard at all. Get them a nice neutral bathroom set, towels, soaps/toiletries, BUY a large bassinet with handles (yes, straw baby bassinet!) and stuff the bottom with paper, and then fill it with the bath items, perhaps arranged in back, use clear shiney tape to keep it all from moving or tie with nice neutral or fancy ribbons, stuff that easter egg basket stuffing stuff in between, and in the front half arrange the wines, chocolates, herbs, oils, utinsels (coffee whipper/etc....look around at kitchen stores for neat gadgets) and really go all out. They will be WOWED.
A basket store will make it for you if you bring it all in for a fee I'm sure, if you don't want to attempt it all. I can guarantee you it's so much cheaper (although it's expensive!) to buy the items yourself. You don't get much from the basket stores if you have them do it all. Just have them put it together if you like.
If it's close to a holiday you can THEME it with appropriate oven mitts, towels, tea towels, and some stuffed animals or items related to the holiday. You can buy the basket wrap at any dollar store or card store and use the shiney clear tape it disappears on the wrap!
Good luck.

Joshua- how thoughtful. Most come empty handed these days. I would recommend a photograph of you in a favorite spot and some of those disposable cameras where they can take pix while you're there- then you can exchange them at Christmas- or whenever. Flowers are a nice addition and don't have to be expensive (Wal Mart?).
Once the chocolate and wine are gone- they're gone, but pix are lifetime memories.
Enjoy your visit. Love you!

Take them out for a nice dinner. Sometimes the memories of a good night out, outlasts a bottle or chocolates. This gives opportunity for pictures, conversation, atmosphere, laughter, recollection, ect ect. Something that will last a long time..

I think anything you've mentioned would be fine, but flowers are always appreciated too. You could have them placed in a nice vase that they could then keep.
