I disagree with the guy above me. Yes, the photo is perfect centered, and yes theres some empty space that makes the heart unsettling, but I see the point of the image. Its to show that there are things above us that leave us a mysterious feeling of uneasyness. I like the photo. Maybe too zoomed in, but good job.

Yes, the subject is perfectly centered and there is an annoying thing coming out of her head and going all the way to the top edge of the frame.

Rules are meant to be broken but, first, you have to understand the rules and, second, there should be a reason why they are being broken. I don't see that in this picture.

Not a horrible picture, just not very interesting.

I think it's an ok picture, but like the first answer, I don't like the our of focus bit of hair at the top of the frame. Airbrush or clone it out. Also, I do feel the eyes need a couple of catchlights - as it is they look very black. Hands are difficult - I think you've got away this time with having them round her face, but that won't always work.

What are the rules? I think its an OK portrait, and it is well printed.
