yes it is possible but you will have to buy a digital converter as 8mm cameras are analogue and obviously computers are digital, no doubt your camera has RCA outputs which will connect to the converter and then that connects via usb port.you will have to capture using video editing software but be aware the quality will not be that good but at least you can burn them to CD/DVD. hope this helps.

They make DVD player/recorders that are not particularly expensive. Just run the AV out from the camera to the DVD inputs.

you're able to do it your self with the vhs-c tapes yet not the 8mm, you will ought to deliver them out to executed. **in case you have an analog (VHS) (vhs-c)camcorder… you like an analog converter, the two inner card or exterior such because of the fact the dazzle. this is incredibly straightforward to apply and contain solid utility. you will hook your analog VHS (vhs-c) digicam or VCR to the analog converter, the dazzle and then hook the dazzle on your computing device. The dazzle cost around 80 5.00 , yet nicely well worth the money in case you have a great form of VHS to tapes to transform. **Please observe there is not any 8mm or hi 8 to VHS Adapter that presently exsists. this way of VHS Adapter in basic terms exists with VHS-C tape
