Unripened bananas have more resistant starch than ripe ones. Resistant starch is starch that isn't digested in the small intestine but gets fermented in the large intestine. Resistant starch is similar to dietary fiber and some of it gets counted toward total dietary fiber.

So, an unripened banana is better for your health than a ripe one. You should be fine, the only thing I can think of is that it might give you a little gas.

Eating unripened banana? That's good if you're trying to get rid your unwanted pets in your stomach. It is not true that if you eat a lot of banana you'll get constipated, babana is a fiberous fruit, and fibers helps loosen the bowel.

Your throat would swell and you can stop breathing, but that's only if you're allergic to bananas, anaphylaxis shock.

For most people, nothing will happen. It's just like eating a ripened banana except not as sweet.

Nothing. Eat them if you like them that way, but I wouldn't eat too many at once. It was proven in a study that unripe bananas are an excellent remedy for diarrhea in children, and may cause some constipation if you eat too many if you don't have a problem with diarrhea.

It won't make you sick if that's what you're asking... but it'll make you constipated like hell...
