I can't comprehend sacred underwear that mormons are to be clothed in constantly...what is the reasoning behind the more "advanced" mormons wearing them all the time?
What is the big secret about how they look???

It is not magical, we regard it as sacred, so do not talk of it much. As you can see, many mocked and make fun of it.
The garment reminds us of the sacred covenant we made with God. Yes, we are human too, and have human flaws, that is why we have to be reminded of the covenant.

"clothed in constantly"...uh, they are our underwear, when do you normally wear underwear? We take them off of course for anything needed - such as bathing, swimming, sports, sex, anything that anyone else would take them off for. They are a reminder to us of covenants we have made with the Lord. Just as a Catholic wears a cross to remember Christ, we wear our garments to remember Christ and our covenants.
Others have answered well, the "advanced" mormons - those would be worthy members of the church who have received their temple endowment. It must not be a secret if you know about them!

Instead of concerning one's self over countless curiosities in the Church, consider exercising faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, repent of your sins, and seek baptism by the true authority in the Church. the secret is...the temple garments are to remind them to be righteous and follow Jesus Christ.
