Go into a major American bank that is also a credit card issuer. Explain your situation to them. Many are more than happy to help out people doing business in their country. The credit card would be under the business's name which is domiciled in the States so I can't see them giving you a hard time.

You should try applying for a secured credit card. Many large banks (Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Orchard) offer these types of cards to individuals who don't have any credit. The way a secured credit card works is that you put down a cash deposit as collateral and that becomes your credit limit. For example you place $500 into the credit account and that is the most you can charge to the account. Make sure to get the full details of what fees you may be charged. Some credit card issuers charge hefty fees on secured credit cards.

I believe if you go to a Bank of America, they would be more than happy to issue you a card. They are doing it for illegals and require no ID.
