Yes, Yoga can be done in the evenings. But I would stick with gentle, relaxing poses, because else it can be hard to get to sleep. The evening is not really a time for an invigorating session, because it gets your body temperature up and your body usually cools down to get ready for sleep.

Yoga can be done at any time of the day, but early morning yoga is better because at that time weather is cool and peaceful

yes. you can do yoga anytime of the day. most yoga is for relaxation so if you need to relax in the evenings in order to go to sleep, yoga could definitely help.

I take evening classes and it helps unwind after a long day. It REALLY helps you sleep well. Also, if you do it for 5 mins in the morning it helps too.
