I recently got caught stealing from the register at work. I have a supervisor I was close with. We were both hurting for money so, she told me their was no cameras and to take $600 from my drawer and we would split it to make ends meet. She told me she would fix the loss in my register to make it even. Well
turns out she set me up and called the cops on me after she took her half, I was arrested and now am out on bail. Does anyone know how much money a person has to take to call it embezzelment? I offered to pay it back, my sister-in-law wanted to help because I have two babies that need me so much right now. I dont know what to do. I'm trying to get a lawyer to help, my family is pulling together to come up with the money. I'm so scared, I didnt know my supervisor would do this to me, does anyone have good advice for me? Since Ive never stole before, do you think a lawyer can get the charges dropped to like a petty theft? HELP !!! NEED GOOD ADVICE!! LOL I sound desperate huh?

You have two children and you have no morals or ethics. You are indeed in a lot of trouble.

worse case scenario, probation and a fine. if you play your cards right maybe you can get a reduced charge, like theft of property 2nd or 3rd or petty theft. depends on your lawyer and how much the person who owns the money is pushing it. your supervisor is a low life. you were wrong also but to set someone up then snitch is lower than low. go to the peron who's money it was and try and tell them the story. supervisor needs to be fired. your not going to prison, so relax. at worse 1-2 yrs probation, fine , community service, best case besides them dropping it , 3-6 month probation, fine and lots of times if you have never been in trouble they will take it off your record if you complete your probation. talk to a lawyer, sooner the better. good luck, i been down both sides of the road your walking. it will be ok, that i promise you.

Hi since this is your first time you most likely will not get jail time. But you will have to pay a fine and pay the store back and go see a person once a month and work for the city for so many hours.
But maybe you should tell about her maybe they will go easier on you. And for the future when you got no money always know that it is not worth stealing it from any where. I not saying that I do but people will look down on you and will never trust you. My best wish! and good luck!

The horror memories you examine are no longer actual. Transvaginal scans are as probably to reason miscarriages as intercourse is: no longer likely in any respect. no longer even a sprint. The style of miscarriages brought about via a transvaginal ultrasound is precisely 0. you notice, the factor is that as quickly as a woman is interior the earliest stages of a miscarriage, poking around close to the cervix can push out blood this is already modern interior the uterus. this is the reason it each so often sounds like intercourse, an inner examination or a transvaginal ultrasound reasons a miscarriage. in actuality it in uncomplicated terms makes a miscarriage that became into already underway (and unpreventable) greater obvious. and because a woman dealing with a trauma like a miscarriage (i understand from adventure, i've got had 2) often feels the would desire to blame some outdoors reason, those horror memories look on the internet. playstation you will no longer see plenty exciting on 5 weeks ultrasound. That early this is hit or omit no remember if or no longer you will see the child itself in any respect. and whether you do, it's going to be a table sure blob. PPS push aside the 1st answer, this is purely an ignorant scare monger who would not even understand adequate relating to the project to understand the version between ultrasound and x-rays. there is not any exposure to radiation in touch in ultrasound. And at 5 weeks there is not any 'kicking or taking part in' going on in there.

i do not know what the various levels are. I think you are right to consult an attorney.

you should also go to church today. you seem to be lacking some general moral education.

your lack of money / hurting for it as you describe it , is not justification to take someone elses money. that person / shareholder of a company may be hurting for money too. they may not be hurting for money. it does not matter. it is not right to take their money EVER.

you further and more insult to injury when you state , I had no idea she would do this to me ...

I am hearing a lot about ME in this post . you somehow think that you are the victim in this ? you need to get your morals/ethics straightened out and see this accuractly as your views are distorted.

it is unknown from your post , if this was some undercover operation in the company , or if this supervisor was just a theif like yourself.

i do not think you sound desperate at all. i do not think this is cause for LAUGHING OUT LOUD. i think you sound like you need 5 years in prison to figure out what you did wrong. I hope I am not a juror on your case.

Aren't you a smart one...

Turn your supervisor in to the company, cut a deal. Just keep going up the chain of command until you find someone who will believe you.

Then don't do something so stupid ever again.

Stealing from the register, with that on your record I doubt Wal Mart or McDonalds would even hire you, regardless of whether it's called embezzlement.

you are simply a thief i doubt if your emplyer would take you to court but you should definetly be sacked.if they do consult a solicitor you will put your circumstances before the court as your defence. if this is your first offence you will not go to jail
