While many of the participants were Suadi Arabian, the attack did not come from the Saudi Arabian government, but from Al-Qaida, which is why we are currently engaged in the war on terrorism that is raging all accross Afghanistan and Iraq.

These folks were taken to Afghanistan and allowed to train to use terrorist attacks inside afghanistan. The Afghanistan government allowed and helped Al queida to do this.

So we attacked Afghanistan to shut down the camps, kill terrorists, and give the Afggan people a chance to make their own government.
